Cinder checks whether your agreed website address responds at five-minute intervals and sends alerts for detected downtime. It does not guarantee uninterrupted service, detect every brief outage, or test every function of your website. Monitoring starts only after setup and alert delivery have been confirmed.
A summary of available aggregate traffic data: visitor trends, popular pages, recorded traffic sources, and useful comparisons. Tracking has to be installed and collecting data first. Enquiries, purchases, and other conversions require separate agreed tracking; we won't infer them from visits alone.
Changes to existing text, links, opening hours, prices, or supplied images on a supported site. Work is agreed before it starts and limited to the plan's monthly time allowance. New pages, redesigns, custom features, emergency repairs, and security work are outside this allowance.
No. Automatic alerts can run outside working hours, but a person is not on call around the clock. Response times, supported platforms, and any repair costs must be agreed before a subscription starts.
